Stitched this week.....

Bien sur que mon blackwork sur lin rouge n'est pas encore fini, malgré un bon progrès, parce que j'ai fini une broderie en points satins... En plus, j'ai encore plein de couture à faire: sur la pochette, mais aussi mes hexagones poulettes ! Un fini, encore sept à faire.....

My blackwork on red linen isn't finished yet, in spite of the progress I made, because I finished a little project in satinstitch.... And moreover, I still have a lot of machine and handstitching to do: on my pouch, but also on my chicken hexies ! One finished, still seven to go......




Mijn blackwork op rood linnen is natuurlijk nog niet af, ondanks dat het lekker opschiet, want ik heb een klein projectje in satijnsteek tussendoor gemaakt.... Bovendien heb ik nog wat naaiwerk liggen: van m'n étui, maar ook van mijn kippen hexies ! Een is af, nog zeven te gaan.....

NOUVEAU : Mandala Frangipani

Une nouvelle grille est sortie dans la boutique : Mandala Frangipani ! C'est en blackwork avec que des oeillets algérien comme points spéciaux, alors pas trop difficile. Il fait 139 x 139 points et le prix sera 8 euros.

A new design just came into the boutique :  Mandala Frangipani ! It's in blackwork with just some algerian eyes as special stitches, so not too difficult. It's 139 x 139 stitches in size and the price will be 8 euros.

Een nieuw ontwerp is in de boutique geland : Mandala Frangipani ! Het is in blackwork met alleen enkele "algerian eyes" als speciale steken, dus niet al te moeilijk. Het is 139 x 139 steken groot en de prijs is 8 euros.

Mystery Monday Janvier 2013 (2)

Déjà la partie 2 du Mystery Monday Janvier 2013 de la Two Handed Stitcher. On avait à faire des points étoilés dont un avec un fil métallique et un avec le même fil qu'on a utilisé à l'exterieur. Pour ces points étoilés on avait le choix de trois points: un œillet avec ou sans perle, un point de Rhodes allégé, ou un point de Rhodes.

Already part 2 of Mystery Monday January 2013 by the Two Handed Stitcher. We had to make star stitches, one with a metallic thread and one with the same thread as for the outline. For these start stiches we had a choice of three: one eyelet with or without a pearl, one Rhodes stitch light, or a Rhodes stitch.

Alweer deel 2 van Mystery Monday Januari 2013 van de Two Handed Stitcher. We hadden stervormige steken te maken, een met een metaaldraad en een met dezelfde draad als voor de buitenkant. Voor deze stervormige steken hadden we de keuze uit drie verschillende steken: een eyelet met of zonder kraaltje, een Rhodes steek light, of een Rhodes steek.

Une nouvelle grille dans la boutique inspiré par des formes marocaines: Moroccan Garden ! Vous pouvez bien sur broder cette grille dans vos couleurs préférées, mais je vous montre également une proposition de couleurs et de points.

A new design in my boutique inspired by moroccan shapes : Moroccan Garden ! Of course you could stitch this design in colours you prefer, but I show you a suggestion for colours and stitches as well.

Een nieuw ontwerp in de boutiqe geinspireerd door Marokaanse vormen: Moroccan Garden ! Natuurlijk kun je die in jouw favoriete kleuren borduren, maar ik laat jullie ook een suggestie voor kleuren en steken zien.

Alors, mon fil argenté est venu et j'ai pu continuer avec la première partie du Mystery Monday de janvier 2013. Mais en attendant, j'avais déjà commencé un autre MM de juillet 2012. Alors, je l'ai fini aussi.

Well, my silver thread has finally come and I could continue the first stage of the Mystery Monday of January 2013. But in the mean time, I had already started another MM of July 2012. So I finished that one too.

Nou, mijn zilveren draad is bezorgd en ik kon dus verder met het eerste deel van de Mystery Monday van januari 2013. Maar ondertussen was ik al begonnen aan een andere MM van juli 2012. Dus die heb ik ook afgemaakt.

Je vous ai parlé avant de Laura J. Perin ou The Two Handed Stitcher. Elle publie sur son blog presque chaque lundi une partie d'une petite grille qu'elle appelle Mystery Monday. Ce lundi n’était pas un exception et on a commencé une autre petite mystère. Mais parce que je n'avais pas un certain fil que je voudrai utiliser, je l'ai commandé mais je me trouvait sans grille mystère a broder. Alors j'ai brodé la grille mystère de janvier 2012 en attendant mes fils pour janvier 2013!

I spoke to you before of Laura J. Perin or The Two Handed Stitcher. She publishes on her blog almost every monday a part of a small design she calls Mystery Monday. This monday was no exception and we started another little mystery. But because I didn't have a certain thread I wanted to use, I order it but found myself without a mystery to stitch. So I stitched the mystery design from january 2012 while waiting for my threads for january 2013!

Ik heb jullie al eerder verteld over Laura J. Perin of The Two Handed Stitcher. Zij zet bijna elke maandag op haar blog een deel van een klein ontwerp die ze Mystery Monday noemt. Deze maandag was geen uitzondering en we zijn weer begonnen aan een nieuw mysterie. Maar omdat ik een bepaalde draad niet had die ik wilde gebruiken, heb ik die besteld maar zat toen zonder mysterie om te borduren. Dus heb ik het mysterie van januari 2012 geborduurd terwijl ik wacht op mijn draadjes voor januari 2013!

Je viens de broder ma création "Quatre Cœurs", qui est en vente dans la boutique. Les couleurs que j'ai utilisées ne sont pas obligatoires; vous pouvez le broder dans vos couleurs préférées!

I just stitched my creation "Quatre Coeurs", which is for sale in the boutique. The colours I used  are not compulsory; you can stitch it in your favourite colours!

SAL Autour du monde en 80 points - partie 8

Ce mois-ci, nous continuons notre voyage vers l’Égypte, la Syrie et l’Irak et leurs points.
En Egypte, au lieu du point de plume égyptienne nous allons simplement broder deux versions du point de plume. En Syrie nous allons broder le point damassé et en Iraq le point Mossoul.

This month, we're continuing our trip to Egypt, Syria and Irak and their stitches.
In Egypt, in stead of the egyptian feather stitch we're simply stitching two version of the feather stitch.
In Syria we're going to stitch the Damasc stitch and in Irak the Mossoul stitch.

Deze maand, reizen we verder naar Egypte, Syrie en Irak en hun steken.
In Egypte, in plaats van de egyptische veersteek gaan we simpelweg twee versies van de veersteek borduren.

SAL Autour du monde en 80 points - partie 7

La septième partie du SAL « Autour du Monde en 80 points » de Papillon Créations est maintenant en ligne. Ce mois-ci, nous continuons notre parcours à travers la Turquie pour broder le point turque triangulaire. Ensuite nous visitons l'île de Malte pour broder la croix maltaise. Finalement, on fait escale à l'île de Chypre pour broder quelques points utilisés dans la dentelle de Lefkhara.
